OUR COMPANY STORY

FIVE STAR BUSINESS BROKERS

Five Star Business Broker is owned and operated by its principal broker, Martin Berliant. Martin has evaluated, listed, and sold every business imaginable, all while building up a second-to-none database of buyers. Starting in the depths of the Great Recession of 2008/2009, Martin has worked full-time as a business broker in the Palm Beach County area. During that time, he has seen it all.

The concept behind the business brokerage is the culmination of Martin’s belief that every client matters and was created to serve a unique niche where you, as the client, can receive the same professional service as more prominent firms but without some bureaucratic impediments.

Business Broker Martin Berliant

Many years ago, Martin’s difficulty finding the right business broker for his own business led him to become one himself! Martin received an Economics Degree from the University of Wisconsin (graduating Phi Beta Kappa) and attended the University of Georgia School of Law before delving into the business world.

Martin’s legal background gives him a sharp eye for details, protecting his client’s interests in all aspects of the deal. Martin also possesses a real-life business background, as he started, owned, and operated a successful medical service company with locations throughout the Palm Beach County area.

Originally from Milwaukee, Martin brings mid-western values, honesty, common sense, and a strong work ethic to every transaction. Whether the clients are a large chain or a mom-and-pop business down the street, each client receives Martin’s full attention and complete devotion.

Martin, his beautiful wife Cyndie, and their growing family enjoy an active lifestyle in the beautiful West Palm Beach area.
